Over 5 hours, we’ll capture your intimate ceremony, family portraits, and special moments during the beginning of your reception. Depending on the location and timing of your dinner, we can plan which areas of Philadelphia to explore for private romantic bride and groom portraits, ensuring we make the most of the city’s iconic and charming backdrops. This package balances candid storytelling with carefully composed portraits, letting you relive both the emotions and the atmosphere of your day.

The EMERALD is perfect for an intimate elopement with just the bride and groom in downtown Philadelphia. During this time, we can explore Old City, capturing timeless shots at Merchant Exchange and the Second Bank, before heading to Center City for iconic photos around City Hall. This relaxed, intimate package allows us to focus entirely on the couple, creating a beautiful record of your private elopement.

FAQs

  • AMAZING! We can’t WAIT to get to know you and are so thrilled you’ve chosen us! To book we require a signed contract and a 25% retainer. Dates cannot be reserved until these have been received. Contact us today and we’ll send you full booking information!

  • Yes! Wedding Albums are an incredible keepsake to commemorate your day and have a hard copy of the artwork from your day. You have the option to order prints & custom design your own wedding album through your online gallery.

  • Yes! I carry business and liability insurance. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, let me know and I will get that right over to you!

  • I think year long turnaround times are crazy, and push to have your photographs finished in 4-6 weeks. That said backlogs in busy season months can mean a LOT of editing, and I never want to compromise on quality in a rush to finish faster, so your contract will state it may take 8-12 weeks in case circumstances arise that prevent me from maintaining that 4-6 week estimate.

  • Every wedding is uniquely different and I do not guarantee a specific number of digital files. However, on average I deliver around 75-100 images per hour on a wedding day. After the wedding, I hand edit every image that I deliver to you to fit to my brand and style. The finished digital files will be uploaded to an online gallery where you can download them and share with friends and family!

  • I accept check and credit card. Credit cards to have a 3% fee automatically added on to the invoice. All sales are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax charge. The total balance can be broken into several payments based on how far out the wedding day is. The retainer is a minimum of 35% and the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date.

  • Absolutely! Mae works directly with you to create a customized timeline to capture all of your important moments. We will create this timeline around 8-12 weeks before the wedding.

  • My style can be described as earthy, somewhat moody, romantic, and cinematic. I use both a directive and cinematic approach to your day. I will direct and curate editorial portraits while also fading into the background and documenting the course of your wedding day as it unfolds when needed. Every couple nails their portraits thanks to my directive posing process. I guide you step by step, leaving you with nothing to worry about but the incredible person you are there to marry.
